Order on its way?
Delivery takes 5 to 10 working days. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. If nothing has arrived after 10 working days, contact us with your order number.
Something wrong with your delivery?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the item concerned and of the packaging. We will review the case and refund the purchase price where the complaint is justified. Returning the goods is not required.
